After you have clicked the download link, click 'open'

After you have clicked the download link, click 'save' then save setup.exe to your computer then find it and open it.

Click 'Next'.

Read over the license agreement and if you agree click 'yes'.

Click 'Next' to begin the installation.

Click 'Finish' to Open Microsoft® Internet Explorer®

Enable the toolbar if the toolbar doesn't automatically show up.
